Our Story


At Milk and Honey, our journey began with a simple desire: to bring genuine organic food options to the Lebu community. As we sourced the finest ingredients, we quickly realized just how starved the market was for authentic organic offerings. So, we expanded—making sure to offer everything from fresh produce to delightful baked goods, all grown and prepared with care. 

One of the biggest challenges in being truly organic was finding reliable dairy sources. Determined to provide only the best, we started our own small dairy farm with Girmawit, our first cow. She quickly became part of the family, and soon after, we welcomed more cows like Fikir and her calf. What started as a solution to meet our café's milk needs soon became a hit with our customers, as everyone fell in love with our 100% fresh milk. You can taste this quality in every sip, pastry, and cream-based dessert we make. 

As demand for our food grew beyond our café in Lebu, we saw an opportunity to expand. We ventured into catering, knowing we could deliver the same level of quality and taste to events and gatherings of any size. From intimate family get-togethers to large celebrations, Milk and Honey is proud to offer wholesome, delicious organic food for every occasion.

With plans to continue growing our dairy production and our catering services, we remain committed to one thing: providing genuine, high-quality organic food that not only nourishes the body but delights the soul.
